The Metrix Reader (Gen 2) is compatible with the following tests:
- Metrix COVID-19 Test
- Metrix COVID/Flu Test.
The Metrix Reader (Gen 2) is required to run the Metrix COVID/Flu Test. Earlier reader versions do not support the Metrix COVID/Flu Test and are no longer commercially available.
To check your reader version, please see the label located on the bottom of the reader. The Metrix Reader (Gen 2) is displayed on a black label. The previous reader version has a white label.
