While our products are non-refundable, we offer free replacement tests for test result issues or product defects. In order to receive the replacement, please follow the steps below:
- Take a photo showing the issue you observed, such as the light pattern associated with a result error (please leave the test in the reader when taking the photo), or a photo of the product defect.
- Take a photo of the white label on the bottom of the test package, showing the Lot number (LOT) and Serial number (SN) of the test.
If you have multiple test result issues, please make sure to take photos of each test package.
