Reader light pattern: Two flashing red lights
A Test Error means that an issue was detected that prevents the test from initiating properly. The most common reason for a Test Error is incorrect test assembly. Please ensure that the following steps are properly performed:
- The cap should be snapped onto the collector securely enough to release the blue fluid
- The collector should be completely attached to the sensor
- The sensor should be firmly inserted into the reader

Troubleshooting a Test Error
If you receive a Test Error, you can immediately remove the sensor, press firmly down on the top of the cap until you are sure that all components are securely snapped together, and then reinsert the test back into the reader to continue the test. This should resolve the issue.
If the error persists, please discard the test and use a new kit.
